The agency group dreifive wanted to surprise and re-engage existing clients with a campaign that went far beyond a simple seasonal greeting. The goal was to create an interactive, playful Easter experience that would both strengthen relationships and showcase the agency’s innovative spirit.
The campaign started with an email invitation sent to dreifive’s client base. The link led directly into a WhatsApp Easter chatbot. In parallel, customers who had already engaged with the previous WhatsXmas-Christmas calendar were reactivated via WhatsApp Template Message.
Once inside, users answered five short personal questions — for example about their favorite place or their favorite work tool. Based on these dynamic responses, the system generated a custom AI prompt, which was passed to an image generation model.
A unique Easter Bunny image, individually tailored to each participant’s answers and delivered instantly via WhatsApp. This mix of messaging interactivity and AI-powered creativity made the experience highly engaging and shareable.
